The World Federation of Occupational Therapists (WFOT) is committed to supporting the work of Cochrane Rehabilitation and is in the process of renewing a four-year memorandum of agreement for our partnership. As a member of the Advisory Board of Cochrane Rehabilitation, WFOT works actively to promote evidence informed practice within the global occupational therapy community.

WFOT was represented at the Cochrane Rehabilitation Think Tank workshop in February 2020 in Milan, Italy and participated in subsequent stakeholder consultations to generate a rehabilitation definition for research purposes.

WFOT also participated in stakeholder consultations for the development of the Cochrane Library Special Collection on Coronavirus, a collection of evidence relevant to clinical rehabilitation for researchers, practitioners and health authorities regarding management of the COVID-19 pandemic.
